A mandatory audit is an annual auditing examination of the compliance of accounting records and the preparation of finance accounting to the Russian Federation legislation resulting in the issue of a standard audit report assessing the authenticity of finance accounting.
Organizations liable for mandatory audit are set forth by clause N 307-F3 of the law “Concerning Auditing Activities”.
We perform a mandatory audit in two areas:
general: audit of industrial enterprises , construction, trading, and leasing companies, as well as non-profit funds;
investment: audit of stock markets, investment institutes and non-budgetary funds;
On completion of a mandatory audit, we issue a standard auditing report as well as written information for the management of an organization, which contains detailed description of detected violations of book-keeping procedures and the recommendations on corrective actions.
At the client’s request, we can offer stagewise examination (every quarter or six-month). This method permits the accountant to take corrective actions on the detected violations of book-keeping procedures on timely basis in order to start with confidence the preparation of the annual report.
The cost of an auditor’s work per day is (on average) RR 10,000-15,000. The number of days for an auditor to issue the report depends on the nature and amount of Your Company’s activity.
